22nd N.C. Regiment.

The 22nd N.C. Regiment, originally commanded by Col. Pettigrew, was re-organized on Friday last, 13th inst., by electing Maj. Conner, of Hampton’s Legion, S. C. Colonel; Capt. Robt. H. Gray, of Randolph county, N.C., Lt. Colonel; and Capt. C. C. Cole, of Guilford county, N.C., Major.

Lt. H. E. Charles takes the place of C. C. Cole, as Captain of the Guilford men.—These are all excellent appointments.
